Discounted Gift Certificates
Gift your clients peace of mind upon closing with a discounted one time pest control service. Normally $250, we give them to Elite Agent Partners for $99, paid only once the client uses the gift certificate.
Discounts For Your Client’s Homes
Our Elite Agent Partners can let their clients know that, with your referral, we will provide discounts on the pest control services they may need in order to put their home on the market or close their sale. The rate is 25% off of termite treatments and 50% off of other services.
Discounted WDI Report Form (NPMA-33)
Clients of our Elite Agent Partners receive a discount on the inspection and report, pricing them at $65 for homes under 3,000 sq. ft. and $110 for homes above 3,000 sq. ft.
